Job Summary:
The Community Mobilizer will play a vital role in promoting safe mobility and countering trafficking in the Gumla district of Jharkhand. This role entails building strong connections with the local community, creating awareness about government schemes, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to address issues related to safe mobility and human trafficking. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for creating monthly, half-yearly, and final reports to track and document progress in the specified areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Knowledge of local government schemes and programs in Jharkhand is a plus.
- Sensitivity to the issues of human trafficking and a commitment to promoting safe mobility and countering trafficking.
- Proficiency in local languages and dialects is desirable.
- Strong report-writing and data management skills.
The role of Community Mobilizer may require frequent travel within blocks of gumla District and the ability to work in challenging environments. The candidate must be flexible in their work schedule to accommodate community meetings and events.
