Position Title / पद का नाम: Panchayat Coordinator/Community Mobilizer
Location / स्थान: Simdega District, Jharkhand
Reporting To / प्रतिवेदन: Project Coordinator (परियोजना समन्वयक)
Employment Type / नियुक्ति का प्रकार: Full-time / पूर्णकालिक
Duration / अवधि: One year, renewable based on performance (एक वर्ष, प्रदर्शन के आधार पर नवीनीकरण योग्य)
Key Responsibilities / प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ:

Ensure last-mile access and delivery of social welfare schemes and entitlements to eligible citizens/पात्र नागरिकों तक सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं और अधिकारों की अंतिम मील तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना

Mobilize and strengthen women/youth/community groups in the assigned panchayats/पंचायतों में महिला, युवा और सामुदायिक समूहों को सक्रिय और सशक्त बनाना

Facilitate village meetings, awareness sessions, and campaigns on entitlements and rights/अधिकारों और योजनाओं पर आधारित ग्राम बैठकें, जागरूकता सत्र और अभियान आयोजित करना

Support community members in applying for government schemes (e.g., pension, ration, PMAY)/समुदाय के लोगों को योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन करने में सहयोग देना (जैसे पेंशन, राशन, पीएमएवाई आदि)

Maintain field-level registers, records, and documentation of all outreach activities/फील्ड स्तर की सभी गतिविधियों का दस्तावेजीकरण और रजिस्टर बनाए रखना

Liaise with PRI members, government functionaries, and frontline workers/पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों, सरकारी कर्मचारियों और फील्ड स्टाफ से समन्वय बनाना

Collect success stories, testimonials, and photo documentation from the field/फील्ड से सफलता की कहानियां, प्रशंसापत्र और फोटो दस्तावेज़ एकत्र करना

Submit regular progress reports and participate in monthly review meetings/मासिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट देना और समीक्षा बैठकों में भाग लेना
Required Qualifications & Skills / आवश्यक योग्यता और कौशल:

Inter/Graduation or revelant experience/इंटर/स्नातक या प्रासंगिक अनुभव

Women and girls can start thier career/महिलाएं और लड़कियां अपना करियर शुरू कर सकती हैं

Minimum 1 years experience working with communities or on development projects/समुदायों के साथ या विकास परियोजनाओं में न्यूनतम 1–2 वर्षों का अनुभव

Strong understanding of government schemes, entitlements, and panchayati raj system/सरकारी योजनाओं, अधिकारों और पंचायती राज व्यवस्था की अच्छी समझ
-
Good communication skills in Hindi and preferably in local dialects (e.g., Sadri)/हिंदी और स्थानीय भाषाओं (जैसे – सादरी) में संवाद करने की क्षमता

Comfortable with field travel, community engagement, and working in remote areas/फील्ड भ्रमण, समुदाय से संवाद और दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में कार्य करने में सक्षम
